If it's a problem for you and other people in your neighbourhood, sounds like an issue with the cable and or local server hub.
Unless all those neighbours and you are IT newbies that have roughly the same issues, it's most likely a hardware problem in the infrastructure. Though it could also be just a low quality router. Is yours company sponsored/rented or your own?

I'm assuming you mean one of Frontiers guys? Tried that, they are all Dish Network installers. They don't seem to know what's wrong.Just get your IT guy from work to help you out.

It's some sort of Dish Network/Frontier Internet co-op( is that the right term? ). Honestly, I'm totally a IT newbie. But I do know how to set up my connection and priorities for devices that connect to the net.
