I started flirting with Blackwall, instead of the shy and reclutant Cullen which stopped giving me romance options once in Skyhold.

 

Now that I have a romance with Blackwall (helped him with the scene up the hill and kissed) I found out that Cullen finally decided to give me some romance answers during the dialogues.

I had these ones:

"We should spend some more time together" to which he replied "wouldn't you rather spend time with Blackwall?" and I was given the option to reply again, to which I said "If things were different..." and Cullen said something broody and then the scene ended. 

After that, I was able to talk to Cullen again in his quarters. One of the options is "Let's talk about us [initiate romance with Cullen]", which he replyes that he doesn't want to create voices and misunderstanding in the castle; but the option to start the romance is still available.

Well, I told myself "let's break up with Blackwall" and... I can't. I have just one option to select when I talk with him about our relationship and it is "kiss him" nothing more, nothing happens.

 

Is it possible to end the romance with Blackwall?

I've romanced Cullen twice but this time I'm making myself romance Blackwall and I can hardly stand it because I want to romance Cullen again. So I've been clicking on those Cullen romance options and getting the answers you get. I'm in the same state you are with not being able to breakup with Blackwall. But, we are going to get a chance to break up with him later (not positive about all the details since this is the first time I romanced Blackwall), after we have furthered the main quests and learned more about his past. I'm pretty sure if we break up with him then, Cullen will greet us with open arms and we can romance him then.
