DAO - Rila Tabris.

Spoiler

Knife Nut rogue, 19 at the start of the game. A troublemaker and party animal in the Alienage, more gloomy and surly after the prologue. Did not like humans after the wedding disaster, but got over it once she spent more time around them and realized that they aren't all pricks. Romanced Alistair despite not liking him very much at first. Tries to be pragmatic, though usually acts on the spur of the moment when it comes to some big decisions due to stress. Saved the Circle mages, convinced Zathrian to break the curse, made Bhelen king. Killed Connor because she felt like she couldn't let an abomination live, even if she had to kill a child. Put Anora on the throne because she thought her better suited for this than Alistair, though her main motivation was to keep him at her side. Was mortified by Morrigan's proposition of Dark Ritual at first, thinking that it'll come back to bite her and that she couldn't ask Alistair to do it, but was so desperate for a chance of having a life with him that she ignored all sense and convinced him to go through with it. Killed Architect and burned Amaranthine for the Greater Good.

DA2 - Anna Hawke.

Spoiler

Sarcastic archer rogue, around 21 at the start. Gave Isabela to the Arishok in hope of getting Qunari off Kirkwall's back asap. Allied with Templars in the end after helping the mages throughout the game and having it bite her in the ass all the time. Killed Anders. Romanced Fenris. Not a whole lot more to her.
Another canon Hawke: Miranda

Spoiler

Aggressive force/entropy/healer mage. Killed the Arishok in a duel because Isabela never showed up. The rest is the same as with Anna, more or less. I can't decide which one would be THE canon Hawke for me - I loved being a rogue and generally liked Anna more, but I also really love Carver and don't want to use the world states where he's dead.

DA:I - Sansa Lavellan

Spoiler

23 at the start, archer/artificer. Irritable, aloof, grumpy, vain,  but with good concience and sense of responsibility. Usually pragmatic. Wants to do good, but doesn't always use the best judgement in her decision-making. Doesn't enjoy being Inquisitor, but can't bring herself to resign until Thedas is at least somewhat more stable. Allied with Templars, put Gaspard on the throne, let Morrigan drink from the well. Romanced Blackwall. Ended up with Cassandra as the Divine, somehow, but would have liked it better if she stayed with the Inquisition. Was never an avid believer in the Creators, eventually converted to Andrastianism.

Origins: Male warden. Ret-conned to "Died fighting the archdemon" as I have that #(%/&""¤/" to thank for Leliana not being a romance option in DA:I

DA2: Sarcastic Female Mage Hawke

DA:I: Machievellian Tevinter loyalist who cant be roleplayed outside fanfic because Bioware "forgot" to add dialogue options to support Tevinter, Slavery or / and attempting to join Corypheus.

Its all a mess :P

Let's see... for my main world state, I've got:

DAO
Yuri Brosca, male Dwarf Commoner, DW rogue, romanced Leliana. Hard on the outside, soft on the inside. He's spent most of his life protecting and providing for others: his family, his friends, and eventually the whole of Thedas. Looks like a thug and plays the part well, but is rly just a big pile of smush and feelz as Leliana will attest. He was VERY invested in saving Isolde during the Redcliffe mission, because the idea of a mother who actually cared enough about her son to sacrifice her own life hit a liiiiittle too close to home.

DA2
I go back and forth on this one. Either Garrett Hawke, the snarky male mage who rivalmances Fenris and sides with the mages (Carver's with the Wardens), or Marian Hawke, the snarky female DW rogue who friendmances Isabela and also sides with the mages (Bethany's in the Circle). They're pretty similar anyway, haha.

DAI
Still testing the waters, but so far my "default" is mafia princess Lorna Cadash, my female DW rogue who romances Blackwall. Sassy but deadly, her glowing green magic hand FREAKS HER THE FCUK OUT. She's tried to hack it off more than once. A total mama bear, with the temper of an ornery toddler. Has loads more savvy than the masses give her credit for, and will do aannyything to protect her people.

Dragon Age: Origins

Shiral (I figured since it means journey, and my character would journey a lot, it was a fitting name.)

Elven mage, highly skilled in coercion. Started off as a balanced support-damage-dealer, later dabbled a bit in Blood Magic. Pretty open-minded, with neither hate nor love for the Circle, Templars, forbidden magics, and demons. A decent dude overall, didn't try to intentionally screw over people but occasionally happened due to playing by his own rules. Romanced Morrigan.

Dragon Age 2

Ethan Hawke

Sarcastic mage Hawke

Romanced no one

Dragon Age: Inquisition

Lothair

Human Knight-Enchanter, big fan of mysteries, magic, and people. Was cool with everyone.

Romanced some random old Orlesian noblewoman.

Origins:
My city Elf Tabris who romanced Zevran, went with him to join the Antivan Crows (she was a rogue assasin), and 10 years later, sent my Inquisitor a belt after being contacted by Leliana. She's searching for a cure for the Calling.

DA2:
Hawke was a mage who romanced Fenris. She was a smartass who disagreed with what Anders did but couldn't kill him, thereby earning Sebastian's ire. She felt forced to side with the mages because Meredith was downright crazy and couldn't make heads or tails of the fact that her own brother joined the Templars. She's still "WTF?" over that.

DAI:
My Lavellan romanced Solas, to her utter heartbreak. She is my most paragon character ever. I really don't know how that came about. She tries to be funny sometimes but her jokes fall flat. Except that one time she tells Blackwall that since he can't be corrupted by Coryphyfish for not being a real warden, he can instead get close enough to kiss him.
