When I start Dragon Age Inquisition on my Xbox One, I receive a message saying that I can't connect to the Dragon Age Servers. I have tired restarting the game and the Xbox, which ahs not helped. How can I fix this? Thanks

I am having the same issue, it says Online Connection Error, cannot connect to EA servers,etc ...

The servers could be getting bogged down right now, since the DLC just came out for the PC and Xbox.  My guess is that most of the players on those platforms are downloading the new content, which would make the EA servers crunchy.   I'd try again in about four hours or so.  There should be less traffic by then.

I've been having connection problems for the last two to three weeks or so.  My FIOS connection is fine and quite stable, so it isn't an Internet access issue for me.  I just seem to be unable to connect the game online more often than I am able to and, even when I can, I lose access quite frequently in game.   I just get the Online Connection: The Dragon Age server is unavailable.. error message. Alternatively, my login screen just hangs in connection mode for up to several minutes before reverting back to the login screen.   I'm playing on a PC, usually in the evenings, US east coast time.  I'd say access is limited to about 20% of my logins during this time period, but basically 70-80% in other time periods, like weekends during the day.  Interestingly, Mass Effect 3 connects flawlessly for me irrespective of the time of day, so it's not all Bioware servers.. just Inquisition.  Is this something Bioware is looking into?
