Ever since the last patch, Rampage in singleplayer has been severely glitched for me. I don't get any boosts, Not the health steal, not the attack speed, I'm not sure if I even got the damage increase. This is greatly annoying.
First off, I never used Rampage ever in Singleplayer, never needed it really. But the fact that there is a Focus skill that is this weak is very annoying. Excluding the life gaining portion I'd at least like to get my Attack Speed / Damage Increase / No Dragon-Rage Cost from it. This way at least I can take my health down to 50% if not lower and sustain it there while spamming Dragon-Rage to deal out tremendous damage, which is what the Reaver is supposed to do. I could care less about the healing portion of Rampage in Singleplayer. (Pretty mandatory in MP, however)
Whatever went wrong during the patch please fix this.
For the Record, I don't believe it was solely changed to Only stop Dragon-Rage from costing health, honestly that alone does not make it worthy of being a Focus Ability, which are supposed to be very useful and damaging in one way or another. Masterwork Abilities such as "On Hit: Heal 1% of Health / Heal 25% of damage taken over 10 seconds Alongside a 50% (Or more) Heal Bonus with Devour, getting health back during the fight isn't even hard to do without Rampage in it's original state, I end every fight with nearly, if not 100% health.
The Short Version: Rampage, Don't care about the healing, but I'd like the other bonuses to at least apply so that I don't have a totally worthless Focus Ability. (Attack Speed / Increased Damage / Dragon-Rage Cost 0%)
