Despite all else, why do we play video games? Entertainment, FUN!

Saving and closing the game constantly and doing quests to reset shopkeepers is not fun. It is tedious, boring and frustrating having to work around the game to get the schematics you want from whats available with "The short list" perk. The items are already balanced around price! 15 000 gold for ONE schematic, like omfg. Lategame I usually sit on maybe 15-25k gold.

So please Bioware, just give this perk ALL short list items available. 

Having to reset shopkeepers constantly through closing the game and origins to get what you want is simply time consuming. It serves no game balance at all.
