Oh yes, I meant that Gianna was the sultry dwarf, not Jack.

I love the cross over, I was clueless my first couple of runs but now it adds a whole other level.   I had no idea Khalisa was a voice set too, I'll take a listen.

Question is, can I punch her?  :lol:

Heh.. don't think so.

But yeah.. I use Meer for male. But I use the Wise Elf female.. all I know is that's the same actress who played Selvaria from Valkyria Chronicles.

I tend to go with the Cocky voice set for my elfin females, I love the line 'no no, let's not and say we did'

for human females it's a tie between Sultry and Wise (wise is the same voice actress who voices Bayonetta)

as for males, it's a tie between...Experienced (Mark Meer) and Mystical (Gideon Emery)

I'm playing on pc, so I use the universal voice mod, which is a lot of fun

until you find out your Dalish elf starts spouting 'by the Maker!' that kind of throws of the immersion ^^;

My only character thus far has been a male Human Noble Warrior. (I selected different voices for each Warden just to try each Origin out, but didn't persevere with the character after reaching Ostagar.) I initially went with the “Wise” voice, but on my latest playthrough (after a few test playthroughs) my wife suggested “Mystical”. I went with it, and I'm quite wellspoken, educated and quiet in real life so it kind of fits. The ladder line when I tried the Dwarf Noble Origin did grate on me after the first couple of times though.

Experienced for male Dalish Elf Warden and Orlesian Warden Commander both.

It's great on Dalish elves, making them sound competent and self-assured as opposed to the furtive city elves. For my Orlesian Commander I needed something strong and vocal that didn't suggest particular youth, in keeping with a comparatively flamboyant, experienced career warrior used to throwing his weight around. Violent was obviously my first choice, but it sounds too quiet and discrete and doesn't really fit an officer.

The deep American-ish voice for my ruthless Dwarf Warrior Inquisitor, fitting for a robust, street-trained enforcer.
