Trivializes phantoms (and every shielded enemy) with tech armor power damage upgrade, neural shock, and power amp plus a well placed arc pistol shot to head. Probably my favorite kit.

No Drone No Bang. ![]()
I fell in love with the Drone as an Engineer in ME2, and I've tried builds without it and just don't like them. I agree with you on most things, but this seems slightly like a case of adapting a character to get the most out of a gun, which is the opposite of my usual approach. The Venom is better on a number of characters who don't need full fitness and a cyclonic. Your suggestion seems more like a Plat build, and If I was to play it on Gold I'd probably switch it to a melee setup to make it a bit more challenging.
Oh noes I have extra points! How dare I have some extra fitness so I don't have to bother with cyclonics. Imo changing stuff on pc is worse even if it's to get polonium rounds
I seem to remember reading somewhere that Fitness is for scrubs. As are Cyclonics most of the time. Fitness on a TGI is for super-scrubs. Fitness on a TGI with Stimpacks is for even scrubbier scrubs. Maxed builds on a TGI? And 20 others? I dunno, I can hear these chicken sounds in my head, and also the immortal line, "The Waterboy's a cheater!" Nice touch making your manifest private - I'm sure the shame would have made me do the same thing.

I like it very much, although I would go 4a in TA as I enjoy using it offensively. I said earlier in this thread that I think a 4/4 split is optimal between TA and Fitness. I still do, although I personally prefer a 5/6/6/6/3, but I was thinking of dropping the final rank of Warp anyway as he is pretty squishy without that 4th rank of Fitness. Not so if I put a Cyclonic on my build though, so scrub status confirmed in my case too. ![]()

I'm actually rather surprised that I haven't had anyone jump down my throat for not taking warp to rank 6. Any takers?
It's a viable build as well, taking warp to rank 5 maxing all passives and OL with 3 points in TA, nothing wrong with that if you are looking for a bit higher survivability.

5 in TA and 4 in fitness...but shhhh! You're not supposed to say it's viable. I'm waiting for someone to say that warp is useless unless 6a is chosen

Hmm...funny you should say that. I'm fairly certain that you are being facescious since your head knowledge is impressive and you're an old-timer.

A few days ago I entered a match with an all 6 melee Havoc & 8 Stimpacks. Still ran out of gels and bleed out twice (the second time I lol bailed
). But I still had 5 clip packs left? Does this make me "The Waterboy's a cheater!"?
But yeah, I'm starting to agree with a lot of your posts I'm noticing. But on the all 6 thing, I don't see it as an issue at all, as I still like looking for a challenge in Gold pugging just like you.

You get 2 identical human engineers - my other one has the Drone and a much more Tech focused setup; that one was a "let's see what happens if I slap a Venom/Claymore on it" build ... unsurprisingly it works with either ![]()

I guess we're agreeing on everything today. I usually only take Warp to R5 on the TSent. If you're using AP/Drill ammo or you have an AP mod on your gun, Rank 6 Warp doesn't really do that much for you. Rank 5B is really the only evolution that matters.
BUT... if you're Incendiary glitching, Warp 6A is essential.

Not sure for either of us that that's a good thing! ![]()
I couldn't give two flying f*cks about maxed builds generally, but Kirby's posts are somewhat abrasive and arrogant most of the time, without the skill or knowledge to back them up.

I have 8 (yes, e-i-g-h-t) human engineers, so you can be confident I will give your build a go on the one which doesn't have a Drone. ![]()

Well put, Miniditka. This thread goes into many of the details: http://forum.bioware...=warp evolutionI guess we're agreeing on everything today. I usually only take Warp to R5 on the TSent. Taking biotic abilities to 6 for 6+6 explosions every 3 seconds is understandable, but a Tsent with appropriate armor weapon mods/ammo does not benefit from warp 6a...the points are better spent elsewhere.

Actually I had it private since the beginning because I don't feel the need to let people see what weapons I have and haven't maxed. It was only public because ahf wanted it that way for chatroom invite. (Don't care about ahf but was looking for more people) nice to know though that I affected you so much you had to check my manifest again. Ps most of my characters I play don't have the glitched talents its just something to have just because.

Following all my posts or something? Let's see off the top of my head I have said tsol with scorpion, geth eng with particle and incendiary with overload for explosions, merc w/o using arrows but grenades and best if your only nade user. Now how exactly are any of those abrasive or arrogant. Oh and shadow as melee not sniper which I have built to be plat viable and imo if you want to snipe don't take a unique power character and make her like all the other snipers. Not sure for either of us that that's a good thing!

I like how people put down talent glitching but use incendiary glitching w/o a problem
To be honest, those are a fair bit different, but yeah, there are still two different weighting methods being used there...

speccing fitness is for losers
The relapse is strong in this one. ![]()
On topic: I usually take fitness to 5 and Tech Armor the remainder after I max Warp, Overload and those lovely passives. He can use a ton of weapons because Turian, and I max Warp because I don't mind helping out teammates with biotic priming/detonating. I've never used him for melee but that will change at some point.

This is my TSent, although the weapons change depending on what I do. Today I used Krysae, CSMG, Lancer and Arc Pistol. Usually good enough to score 175k+ in good PUGs.

My Turian Sentinel build is the same as the one i n the OP. Unless I'm doing some kind of gimmick build on Him, like tech armor detonations. Or in some cases, if I know I am only going to play geth, I will drop the warp, take overload, use disruptor, a good priming weapon and a power amp.
