DA:O: Alistair and Zevran because - elves , already knew Alistair is half elf, because started playing the series late 2014. Also, so much fun to interact with and adorable each in their own way. Zevran and Wynne had the most hilarious banter in the whole series

DA:2: Anders. He is such a complex character with the dramatic change from the cheery and joyful personality in Awakening to the moody and depressed man in DA2. Can't in clear consciousness blame the human being for what a demon/spirit has done to him. It would have felt like blaming an ill person for their illness. I admired his drive to be free and to never give up trying (since Awakening), so my Hawke never judged him harshly for his actions and loves him for what he is.
DAI: Cullen and Solas.
Cullen has grown immensely since DAO. My Hawke always stopped by the gallows to talk to him in DA2 and liked how his views changed with time. The maturity he displays in DAI along with his struggles to find answers and better himself make him so humanlike, I sometimes forget he is just pixels and code (good job BioWare!).
Solas, because he has so much knowledge, wise man patience and an aura of calmness, but also there is so much passion underneath. And the mystery that needs to be uncovered.

The only character I really liked was Morinth in DAO. She kinda became less interesting as the romance went on. Then she changed completely in Inquisition and became boring.
