If you learn how to use it (how the tracking works) twin fangs is superior to a lot of things, like shadow strike, but yes I do miss on ocasion on moving targets, but since they are usually moving away from me to attack someone else, I can usually hit twin gangs again in case it misses and clean up. Just remember to be patient with positioning yourself behind the enemy and at the flank, this way one twin fangs usually takes out anything. If it is a larger target like a brute or so a follow up of death blow kills it and lets you restealth. The "twin fang/ stealth/ I was never here build" encouraged more methodical playing where you always have taking out a single target mind and then moving on to the next one. Deathblow can be awesome too. My favorite time to use it is when there is a bunch of enemies at half health or so instead a pull of the abyss or something like that. Then you just hit Deathblow multiple times which does not have a cooldown if you kill the target - and clean everything up.

H&T is awsome! It minimize your distance to casters. No more running to casters while in non-stealth. Super effective, u take less dmg and deal more dmg.
I found that it helps your team a lot. See an archer lining up and hidden blades is on cooldown. H&T (take the evo for no stamina use) gets you there before they release. Also just seems to help with the flow of the game,
