I like Origins and Inquisition - I think Dawn Will Come is amazing, but I also think Origins romance music is far superior.

Unfortunately I've to disagree...I'll give you an example of an open World game which the Soundtrack at the Background helped to create an deep Immersion,TESV SKYRIM...I do not like to mention it over here (Some people really hate comparations between those games...) but is a true fact... ;P
Which part are you disagreeing with? I was suggesting more background music, which is what you're saying Skyrim had, right?

Since I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition I have the DA:I soundtrack on my smartphone and have to say it is really good.
And outside of the game you are actually able to listen to it ![]()
But seriously, the soundtrack of DA:I is very beautiful when you have it downloaded on your device of choice and I will give it to DA:I in that regard.
It is somehow a good example for the rest of the game ... It is a very beautiful designed componant but it does not come together with the rest of the whole ![]()
So ...
Inquisitions wins here, for me.

For me the best sound track for a bioware game goes to Mass Effect, but I think origins was the best sound track for the Dragon Age series overall, very original sound track for a game. That said I will say that the best sound track moment for me came with Inquisition in the DA series. But so far nothing tops the vigil sound track moment on Ilos in any game. Where sound and game meet for a perfect synergy of story, emotion and sound.

DA:O slightly over DA:I mainly because I enjoyed how the music blended so well with the setting and the game. At the camp the music was more peaceful and warming making your camp feel like a safe haven during the dark times. And each location had its own sound that kind of reflected the area and its people the music for dwarves fits them perfectly. When it was time to be intense the music matched the moment and helped set the mood for when war was war and romance was romance.
With that said while I like Origins music overall for the game DA:I to me has a few songs that are better and feel epic. I enjoyed DA:I music but it shined more during cutscenes then anywhere else. Each area didnt have a sound that to me is recognizable with that location to me or to even what was going on. But moments like From the Ashes had some epic music that set the moment well.

I can't hear any music in DA:I. Its been that way since the game came out. I hear music during cutscenes, but that's it. Seems to be a bug.
My vote goes to DA:O.
Same here. There are 10-30 second blurbs of music every 1-3 hours but that's all. I think they said they intended it that way. (I guess BGM like boss fights is too "video-gamey" for video games now). DA:O is hands down the best music IMO.

This here is better than all DAI songs combined.

None of the above. The only track I can ever remember is the Orzammar ambiance.
Jeremy Soule 4 lyfe.

I like quite a few tracks in DA:O and DA2, but I'd say DA:I is the most consistently solid soundtrack of the three.
My favourite track in the game wasn't on the OST though. Wish it was. I swear it's a slowed down version of 'I Am the One' from DA:O, and that little callback is gorgeous.
