I think we should be able to customize our hawkes, and wardens so instead of default heroes we get to remake our own heroes/characters so that we have even more customization in the keep
(Note- the reason that I didn't add inquisitors is because of the following)
(1.you can upload them to the keep from a linked PSN/Xbox live account)
(2.Also with the fact that inquisition character creator is too complex for simple customization like Dragon age Origins and Dragon age II)

I think he's requesting a character creator for the Keep, an idea which was kiboshed prior to its initial release due to the complexity involved. Adding a CC would undoubtedly cause yet more bugs and tremors and would be out of line with the Keep's format so my preference is to stick to editable names and bios.
There's plans in the work for something in the style of the keep art apparently.
