Apparently, someone was tipped by an employee at Bioware about the quest most likely because of it's obscure and ridiculous nature.
But more interesting still, is once the quest is completed, a chest supposedly spawns near a "stair case" with "super rare items" inside it. But the chest has yet to be found...
Well, I may hop on my completionist character and try to do it.
Also, crystal grace grows in the Emerald Graves, near the Villa.
If you have an end game, you should have plenty of Crystal Grace already. I unlocked the quest and completed it without doing anything at all.
Now I'm on the lookout for the chest, but did they mean it should spawn near a staircase in the Emerald Graves? Or anywhere on the whole map???
Chest is in emprise du lion, under Suledin keep, down the staircase to nowhere.
It had 221 gold and a unique helmet called Ardent Blossom.
39 Armor rating, Item level 22, +24% Sunder when Hit, for Elf, Dwarf or Human. Req. Level 19.
That's all.
Whatever it is, I'm sure you could craft something better. The rarest items in this game that you have to work for to get, can be trumped by items you can craft in your own forge.
Mine had a 41 armor rating, so that's weird. Otherwise identical. This is on a level 24 character, though so there may be some flex on the amount.
