Okay, this is rather a basic idea, but please, read through it and don't mock me -To- much?
The idea is this, Right now, as the game is there is no NG+ For single player. So, in an attempt to remedy that (And whine a bit), I propose the following.
First of all, I read in the patch notes for an update you were adding a 'secret' shop with an immortal owner? That shop will come into play in this post.
Okay, So here is what I was thinking, basically after you beat the main story line, and have finished going about and etc, give us the option to make a NG+ For like, I'unno, 20K in gold? This will make us hoard money and maybe want to explore some of the 'After Ending' stuff!
Now then, the perks of NG Plus!
1. When doing NG+ You keep your race, and looks, but you can re-select your class! And like in MP you get a bit of a boost to relevent Attributes.
2. You keep the Weapon and Armor Schematics, as well as your Recipes; now then, you might think this lessons your Replay value, but what if you were to maybe add in Inqusition variants of all the armor you have? And throw in a few weapons as well... And to get them, you had to -actually- play the game again, you know, looting from chests and maybe new War table operations.
3. Get fun with it, maybe a few 'Deja vu' references and smart remarks from companions and advisors if you mention it to much?
4. If you say, beat the game on Hard or Nightmare, let us unlock 2 more difficulties? Say... Inquisition and The Inquisitor; Difficulties and these two will have Tougher Enemies and Dragons, maybe even Dragonlings more frequent in the Dragon fights?
5. Give us unlocks for beating higher difficulties! Something to use in a new game, or NG+, that will make us look distinct or let people know of our achievements! Something Bragging rights worthy!
Okay, those are pretty much my ideas for NG+ so here are a few Misc ideas too!
First and foremost.. Scout Harding! Let us Romance her! Treat her like the oposite of Iron bull, he is obviously a Dom, so make Harding a Submissive, who will take any kind of Inquisitor! (Meaning Race and Gender) - The layout is already there, we can flirt plenty, but it seems her path is just not there anymore! Which is a bit depressing. x.x
Secondly you already gave us armor tinting, so how about some Weapon tinting?! I mean, at one point in the game, the best I had, was Dawn stone, and while having not one, but 2 people, with Noble Shields in full armor, advancing on you is threatening... I don't think a Pink Lemonade coloring helps the intimidation... at all.
And Finally... And this is a bit key, I like to craft, mix and match looks and fabrics, but it seems like finding Cloth after you've decimated people gets pretty hard. There doesn't seem to be many places to essentially -Farm- for say, Dales Loden Wool, or Highever weave, or Darkened Samite; Sure, I know I can send out my advisors to collect stuff like fabrics and leather and metals, but that takes time, and is frankly boring. I'd prefer if say, we had an option for random Skirmishes that show up sometimes during the weekday on the War table, where essentially say this or this place is under attack do you want to send troops or go yourself?
And this option would lead to a sort of
-Send Advisors who could possibly fail; but might net you rare resources
-Go yourself, collect loot and resources, and maybe run into a rare-ish sort of enemy type who gives rare resources
Also, Maybe give us an update or Free DLC; or just something! For Qunari helmets and maybe armors! Every other race has specific gear for them, Qunari need it too! You even have a perfect part of the story to unlock it, with the Dreadnaught or Chargers!
-Save the Dreadnaught and you can buy Schematics!
-Save the Chargers and they get you a merchant who will sell you Schematics/Steal them for you!
So.. In closing, just some food for thought, sorry if I did it in a bad layout/format.
