So a ton of people have been recommending features that they would like to see in the upcoming mass effect games (4 and remastered). What I was thinking is what if the Xbox One Kinect camera or Playstation camera could be used to scan an individual's face for the purpose of character creation? It would be pretty cool if our faces could be Commander Shepard or the Herald of Andraste. I don't know if this would require a lot of resources or not, if not it could be a nice addition to future games.

YES.
NBA2K does it. I see no reason why Bioware games shouldn't.
But when they do it, for the love of God also add it for PC, unlike 2K studios
the technology has been available for a long ass time on PC, and only shortly on consoles lol.
Then again, it was their first real PC version (i.e. next gen version, instead of old gen port), so I'll cut them some slack

I don't know if it'd be worth the resources. Sounds cool in practice, but I'd never do it and I like my face. hahaha
It'd just be weird hearing another person's voice come out of my face. Bioware could do some inquiring to find out if there's any appeal for this in the community, but who knows.

If I wanted to look at my face when playing a game. I'd buy a mirror.
