I think patch 5 is a milestone to the state of the game and to think about the changes made since launch and how the game got better or worse. So I'd like to see people opinion on how good or bad were the decisions also if someone changed their opinion about the general quality of the game it would be amazing to compare the previous impressions with the current ones.

Starting with me...

1 - Performance - On PC performance got WAY better, I absolutely love the state of the game now. And crashes are so rare I don't remeber the last one.

2 - Tint armor/hat - Best change ever
3 - Exploits fixing - Never used them BUT the fixing of the amulets of power removed some of them from the game. They make no difference for my gameplay but as a completionist I miss them, a lot, I feel like my playthrough was ripped. Now talking about the general decision to fix exploits in a single player game, it is a bad decision, very bad one.

4 - Bug Fixing - Never had any major bug, not even small ones, or at least I didn't notice, but from what I hear some very important issues were fixed, a big plus.

Game is a lot better when it comes to "working as intended" quality standard. About my rating on this game I guess the whole forum are well aware it won't ever go above 0.

Well, for me ... broken.  Kind of :)

My journal won't always update when I find things now.  Never had that problem before.  So now I have journal entries I can't clear.

Banter is not as good as it was pre-patch 4 but better than 4.  So a loss on that whole deal.

Weird graphical glitches like one door leading to two different places so have to be careful on how my character is positioned to make sure I get the "correct" door.

Cut scenes not firing properly.  I can get them but I have to fiddle around and reclick person to get cut scene to actually play.

Tinting is cool.

My experience is that they haven't fixed much, most of visible problems still remain on PS3.

I don't think patches have affected negatively though, they had some minor fixes like adjustable subtitle size so you can actually read some texts in the game and then some extra things that are nice, but not mandatory like armor tinting. I'm still waiting them to improve graphics in terms of characters faces and then take texture pop-in's away at least from characters faces again (no more nosehair for Dorian and eyebrownless Cullen tyvm) and gameplay and stability should be improved so that there is no freezes, those are really annoying.

What they did to last gen was cruel. I don't think they will ever make the game decent for PS3 and X360, hope I'm wrong.

I'm surprised the friggin thing runs on last gen! There's computers more powerful than the ps3/360 hardware that can't run DAI. It was a total push to the old systems for a bigger cash grab.

Developing for last gen must of crippled the potential for massive battles...

I always use exploits in dragon age games. From the tome duplication in origins to that weird exploit that can get you a lot of money and XP in dragon 2. Now with the exploits gone in inquisition, it's a giant hole in the game for me that might never be filled.

They wanted to create cross-gen game cause new gen consoles haven't sold that much yet, but instead they created new gen game and forced it in old gen.

I think the game should be brought down with PC also, like my friend who has gaming laptop that runs Skyrim with high, doesn't really run DAI at all, lags too much to play. My sister has gaming PC, but it doesn't run DAI. DAI in PC is game that only few can actually play and I dislike that, where are the days when you could play games with any computer, I miss those.

Wait... if your rating of the game is 0 and will never go above it, why are you even here? A score that low, you should have uninstalled, snapped the disc, burned it in a pyre and taken steps to protect yourself from curses from what you must consider an unredeemable abomination with no enjoyable features whatsoever.

I would not expect anyone who rates something 0 out of anything to stick around and try all the different patch levels, or discuss said 0-game on said game's dedicated forums.

As I said like infinite bazzillion times my attachement to Thedas is too strong, to continue my story there I would play the game no matter how awful, what makes me hate the game even more. I wouldn't touch Inquisition if it was the first game in the series, but now I have this need to keep telling my story so whatever they throw at me. But not gonna buy the next one if I have someone close buying, which I probably won't, which saddens me even more, to keep telling my story in Thedas not only I will have to play games this disgusting but I will also keep on giving Bioware money. But I just entered a "numb" state to bear this ugly truth. At least their tabletop RPG is great, and some comics and books too, makes me hate a little less.

I play on a PS3 and they fixed my

glare problem,

my ugly people problem, (I can see hair and Blackwall's beard looks awesome, Cullen has feathers, I didn't know it was feathers. I thought it was suppose to be fur.)

quest dialogue that I was missing, whole cinematics that I never had.( for some reason it would just cut out before the patch.)

party banter and

music.

Completely different game.

Thank you, Bioware. I'm enjoying the game now.

I don't want to jinx it but since Patch 5 & the most recent Nvidia Driver update, I've had no directx crashes or crashes to desktop.

My banter is triggering much more regularly, everything else is pretty much the same but then those were my two big issues, so i'm having a great time.

Plus I've tinted all companions armour with Dawnstone and Dragon Bone, so now we all look like we fell into some paint  :P

At that rating it still seems like you would read the synopsis to save you from having to play the game, or even pretend the Inquisition doesn't even exist in canon (like Mass Effect: Deception, though that is granted a tie-in novel and not a full game).
What rating do you give a game that crashes THAT bad? Does your scale go in the negatives?

Arms and legs still dissappearing when I equip upgradable armor, Dorian does not talk and his conversations don't fire, IB still wants to have a drink for killing a dragon even when we did not and demands of the Qun not firing, crashes my xbone at least 2 times up to 5 times for every hour
And now my other games have been crashing since I played DAI
Not pleased at all

This game is a utter disappointment in my own opinion
I never had a problem till patch3, bugs get fixed but it seems more bugs get introduced
The game ruined it for me a little but BW ruined it for me with their broken patches and lack of help/info for ps360 players
