I would like to know how to clear the Online Storage.  It says i have 10 SS and change, but i can't seem to find them anywhere.  Anyway to clear this?  thanks!

You have to go to your Persona page. Under My Games on the left side select "Dragon Age Origins - PC". On that page you have options for Profile Diagnostics, which tells you how many files you have uploaded, Manage Screenshots and Manage Characters, which let you delete. There's more information on all of that in the Site Help Forum

I know, i deleted what i could. But the problem persists, I have "phantom" items in my storage.

I have the same problem.



In my profile there are only 3 visible characters.

But in the Profile Diagnostics it says that I have 7.

I wish i knew too. As far as I know, it seems that the social site still isn't completely up to snuff: "phantom characters/items", taking forever to upload characters, SS, etc and other errors. Hopefully this will be cleared up soon.

Quick bump. Having the same problem with "phantom" items and characters I've already deleted, but still in the storage page.

Sometimes when you delete a character it doesn't delete all the files, you have to reupload the character and try and delete it again. There's a detailed thread about how to clear out your characters in the Site Help Forum.

The instructions on the thread says I need the same race, class, origin of the re-created characters to re-delete them. I don't remember that at all.. Here's hoping Bioware would fix this minor annoyance on the site.

I have successfully replaced characters with the same name, but different class and origin, so I don't know if that's a specific requirement, but I think in that thread he was just trying to eliminate all variables that might be causing problems.

Alright, if it's just the name, I should be able to get rid of the extra characters.



There are still 28 phantom screenshots taking up space though. No idea how to rid those.

When you reached your maximum storage send a PM to Jeff Rousell for swipe of the phantom files. Don't bother him as long you haven't used all your space.

Ah, that's good to know. I hit my maximum space limit earlier, and had to delete every screenshot I can find to make a little more. I hope it's alright if I asked him to clear everything, I don't mind re-uploading the characters I'm still using.

That's not correct.  I'm not able to clear out these phantom files.  It's not a bug in this website code that's keeping them around.  These are stored on a system within EA that the game and website interface with.

I have been in communciation with the team that manages this storage.  They had recently cleared out what was thought to be all the phantom screenshots.  It appears it only worked for some people.  We are still investigating the issue and I will give you an update as soon a I know more.

I have this issue where it says I have 56 screenshots but I actually have less than 30. It has 2 characters on there and that's it. So after deleting most screenshots it still says that I have 56 screenshots.

Not to bump an old topic here, but has this actually gotten anywhere? I don't particularly enjoy having 62 non-existant files clogging my profile.
