Call EA customer support to help you. I took 2 hours to speak to someone but they were very friendly and fixed the problem right away.

I have the same problem I did the instructions on the redeem code pan flit for the terminus armor and i turned off my console and turned it back on and the download didn't show. same with the Cerberus network when I am in game it shows me log on to it but when ever i go to the marketplace to see if its downloaded it say it cost 1200 Msp.
