I am trying to set up my tapestry to have thw warden and Morrigan live together and raise the old god child. But no matter what I do ingame she says she and the warden left on bad terms.

 

These are the choices I made on the tapestry

 

Romanced Morrigan

 

Warden male human warrior and is alive and well

 

Morrigan has old god baby with the Warden

 

Aquired grimoire and defeated flemeth

 

Went through Eluvian

 

Is there something I am missing that is causing them not to be a happy little family?

No, those are all the right options, sounds like it's bugged.     I know there's another Morrigan bug where she was stabbed and fell through the Eluvian, but talks about how she loves the Warden (even a female one).
