I think variety gives this forum the edge it needs, not everyone is going to find poop jokes or 'bunz' threads exciting just like not everyone who peruses the Inquisition forum (god help them) is going to be a Cullen or a Cassandra fan. I can see how some people could find the Tarek threads to be considered cyber bullying or harassment, personally though I just think that after the 4th or 5th Zombie-T thread it got old and made me wonder if there was anything more worthwhile that the core BSN clique had to talk about.
So there's that, I haven't reported any of them and the mods haven't closed them so yea.
I don't get the BSN clique statements.
Are there people who post a lot here and know each other through sheer exposure over time? Sure. Then there are regular long time posters who show up once every few days, but have consistently done so for years. You have newcomers who have, through sheer uniqueness or quality of posting, become recognized names. And then you have people who return and are able to pick right back up where they off.
I wouldn't consider myself part of the BSN clique, if one (or ones) even exist. If people can't stomach other people being closer friends than others, then I can't comprehend that. The only time I've seen Off Topic circle the wagons against someone, new or veteran, is when said person is being a Class A chode. If that's clique behavior, then everywhere on the planet worth being is a clique. Because abiding people who make obnoxious statements out of a sense of... I don't know, some weird sense of self worth? That's not just boring, it is actively annoying and the quickest thing to make me move on to the next topic, personally.
