I want to get the codex entries in there but i'm not a rouge. I know if you interact with them and then talk to Sera she'll do it for you but when i click on them nothing happens. They're not showing up on search either. It's not really important but it's really annoying me.
Can't interact with locked doors in haven's cells.

Are you on PC?
Try walking really close to the door (facing it) and click F like there is no tomorrow. Also try walking side to side (really close to the door) and keep pressing F. You should get a message: You'll need a rogue to pick this lock and then you can ask Sera about it.
If that fails, there should be a bookstore that opens after you leave Haven which sells all the codex entries you missed. (Don't know if you'll get experience points for them).
