Wow a lot of you hate this game so badly.....  Especially this one...

If you about not like DAI yeah i am as a lot of people not like it for a good reasons, it is worst than previous games and have far less + than -

yes, forced companions from peoples what should not be forced to be with us and some who is not make sense as our companions but only as agents(we have a lot of agents who have more sense and reasons of being our companions than many of our companions) and no more, was a very bad decision and it is one of the game -

if in in short list this would be

1)our decisions from previous games and in DAI does not matters at all and we not see that

2)poor and very predictable story, and very bad retcons of some things

3)poor optimization

4)wasteland lands and poor "cities" to waste your time

5)poor gameplay

6)poor korean mmo combat what is worst what we have in DA2 and a real shame to exist on frostbite engine

7)class system got only more worst and we forced to have rogue and now warrior to do stupid things like bash walls with legs

8)forced and mostly useless peoples in our organizations, forced advisors who no one ask and need

9)to much forced pro Templars and pro Chantry, pro Andrastian and pro Orlais content, especially forced Herald of Andraste thing and a new divine thing

10)forced things like orlais ball and saving those who we not need at all

DAO: Wynne. She's a traitor to the cause and the Asunder novel confirms that even further. She'd rather be locked up than free and I can't respect that. Plus she's vain enough to believe that she's wise enough to mentor the Hero of Ferelden.

DA2: Fenris. He doesn't quite understand that being born with magic doesn't alter your personality, it simply allows for greater evil or greater good. He   also has no other interesting character traits, his whole deal is just brooding endlessly.

DAI: Sera. I was tempted to give this to Vivienne because again she regularly betrays her own people but at least she's incredibly witty and intelligent. Sera on the other hand has no redeemable qualities whatsoever, she is by far one of the worst characters I have ever seen in a video game. I'm not saying the writing is bad remember, on the contrary the fact that she elicits such an emotional response from me shows how good it is.

DAO: Zevran (he was supposed to be irresistibly handsome and instead he's a short unpleasant fellow with expressionless eyes, flat cheeckbones and lecherous voice and ways. In my first run I kept forgetting him in a corner of my camp and in the end he betrayed me).

DA2: Fenris (perhaps my age made me a bit disenchanted but his badass poses 'Rebel without a cause'-style really annoyed me and I found the scene with the bottle of wine a little silly and too theatrical)

DAI: the Iron Bull (too stereotyped and too 'made to be liked by many' for my taste. A bit boring but I enjoyed the drinking scene with him).

DAO: I think I'd go for Leliana and Oghren. I can see the appeal, I really do, but 1) I hate the fact that you *have* to keep Leliana in your company if you're playing as anything else except a rogue, because she's the one with the lockpicking skill, and 2) I got Oghren so late in the game that I didn't really get the time to 'get' him, sort of speak. At that point, he was simply the drunkard of the party with a chip on his shoulder who you have to keep shoving alcohol down his throat just to keep him happy.

DAII: Carver by far. Forget the Slap Morrigan Mod, if there was a Slap Carver Mod, I'd use it like there was no tomorrow.

DAI: ...Sera, Vivienne and Blackwall, but I can't say I 'hate' them. I'm more like 'I get why you have these views, more power to you'.

Origins - Oghren.

Leliana and Wynne started to get on my nerves, and Zevran's accent grated.

DA2 - Anders.

Merrill bugged me and Fenris was annoying.

Inquisition - Vivienne, Iron Bull, Blackwell

Sera is pretty annoying too.

Sera.

Never seen/heard/read such an annoying character in a game.

My least favorite character is Sera ( I don`t hate her character but i do struggle to find sympathy for her and sometimes i find her annoying). My other least favorites are Vivienne and Justice.

Vivienne. An arrogant, cold-hearted, condescending... person who can't see past her own interests. I find her a little repulsive.

Honestly, my biggest problem with Justice is talking to him, because he's a basically a zombie lol.

DA: O - Sten, for being completely flat and one-dimensional, and constantly talking about the Qun.

DA2 - Fenris, for being completely flat and one-dimensional, constantly whining about Tevinter

DA: I - Dorian, for being completely flat and one-dimensional, constantly whining about his sexuality.

Notice a pattern?

Loghain. That despicable villain wriggles out of any cruelty he ordered by finally becoming Warden.

Cassandra. The accent is irritating, the posturing is irritating (I am a badass woman and twice as hard as you). My first character replaced her with Blackwall.

Merrill.

She was even more insufferable than Anders. Anders might have been a whiner but at least he had a somewhat functioning brain. Merrill comes across like a complete imbecile, and she's arrogant to boot. Rather than finding Merrill's airheaded nature endearing, I found it annoying.

Definitely Iron Bull. He was a sexualized parody. I got the impression he was 'revenge' for all the scantily clad bimbos in previous games in the general fantasy rpg genre.

I can understand why people dislike what Cole does but I find it impossible to dislike Cole himself. He's essentially dragged into a world that he doesn't understand and is, from what I can glean by his dialogues, overwhelmed by the pain of others. Like someone mentioned above; it's not that he gets into the heads of other people and reads there thoughts, more that peoples fears scream in his mind and pulls at a instinctual part of him that compels him to help. I can completely understand why Solas is upset at spirits being pulled through the veil. It's really a place where their nature can't fit well with reality around them.

Solas always annoyed me for no particular reason, the second i got a new companion in Inquisition i switched him out and never looked back.

The ending of the game definitely sparked my interest towards him, but i just can't connect with his character like some of the others.

He's the only one that i'd categorise as someone i dislike. Some of the others like Blackwall, Oghren and Fenris just don't do anything for me but that's it.

Yeah I think you didn't actually talk to Dorian, or even do his companion quest, because this is blatantly false.

Of the entire trilogy outside of the glaringly obvious villains (Howe, Petrice, Quentin, Erimond, Kelder)? DA2 Anders. Nothing about him was even remotely likable in that game (in my opinion, before anyone jumps on me). Extremely rude and judgmental to other party members and very one-sided in his opinions. Heck even his romance path seemed more like emotional blackmail (and when Leandra dies, all he has to say is 'don't think all mages are like that'-or something similar to that effect). Sad too because he was easily one of my favorites in Awakening. Eh its whatever.

Found Varric irritating in DA2 and in DA1. He's exactly the type of third-wall breaking, fanservice pandering, immature dialogue-having character I hate in modern gaming. Even the awesome Brian Bloom cannot rescue him for me, Gorim is still my favourite of his voices. Other candidates for this very reason, Tallis, Sketch (split shaft jokes haha, what is this, a game for teenagers?)

In general, I am a lore fiend so I hate characters that bring real life issues into a fantasy world in a really hackneyed fashion. Read more classical Greek tragedies and Shakespeare Bioware and less blogs.
