Loghain, Vivienne and sometimes Dorian, though I kind of have a love/hate relationship with him... Other times I can't stand him and then I went and romanced him (oop...) and I think after I romanced him I kind of liked him less (double oop..) but didn't have a heart to ditch the poor guy cause I still like him cause of all of his great party banter.

I also found Blackwall to be a bit boring and liked his companion quest the least.

Anyhow, the worst of all people on Thedas has to be Dagna.. At least I can ignore most of the people I dislike, but Dagna whom I despise cannot be avoided... I think it's her voice-acting and the fact that she's so overtly excited and positive about everything.

Just out of curiosity, is there anyone who actually liked Dagna ?

I liked Dagna during the first meeting and getting to know her, but later she came across as a little creepy and weird. For example, the Inquisitor comes back from Adamant and Dagna's like, "You went into the fade! Can I take a sample? No wait.. Can I take a piece of you and do stuff with it?" :o  I also heard someone say Dagna's so excited she might blow up Skyhold! Yeah... No... Just.. No...

Not a top 10 (mainly because there are better characters out there- atleast as far as development goes), but I like her. She's funny, interesting and all around cool.

Er... Most people?

Really ?  :P I asked cause I genuinely wanted to know. I've only talked about the DA-verse with one person prior to this day and he disliked Dagna also (or more like hated with a fiery passion)

Oh well...

Yeah, those kind of comments were the thing that kind of rubbed me the wrong way since the beginning... Plus the cheery chirpy positive tone she talks about everything. Creepy. And eventually she just started to annoy me greatly.

I always thought that line was poking fun at Liara's line in ME about wanting to run tests of Shep. She's the Dwarf version of Valygar's description of Imoen: "A chipmunk on a sugar high with a death wish."

The only thing that annoys me about Dagna is that if, like me, you do a lot of crafting, the limited amount of things that she has to say as you enter the undercroft can begin to grate quite quickly...

"Mix and match, pick your batch!"
"So I'm thinking... Pinkquisition?"

I liked Dagna very much, but I suspect we have highly divergent tastes when it comes to NPCs. My two favorites were Dorian and Blackwall.

Oh well, it would be a boring world if we were all the same.

Leliana in DAO, Sebastian in DA2 and Mother Giselle in DAI.

Yes. I clearly have a type.

Varric, he is just not really relevant and for a returning character I'd preferred anyone else.

The only time Dagna was tolerable was during "Under Her Skin," when the Inquisitor and Leliana discover Calpernia's plans to become the vessel. But other times, it's either please get to the point during conversations, because Inky's getting annoyed or can we please fire her? Please?

Anyway... Least fave DA character? Blackwall. I can't stand the fact he crafts this chivalrous knight image only to find out later, he's dishonest. It makes everyone look bad for being fooled by him.

In all of DA, Fenris. I can't find anything to like about his personality or story, or even looks.

He finds the way to annoy me even when he supposedly agrees with something I do. But since the one thing I liked was his fighting style, he was pretty much always in my party, and he always had something to say. In the end, he didn't even join me for the final fight.

Also, Velanna from Awakening. I dislike angry elves.

In Origins, I disliked Oghren. I actually tend to forget he exists.

My least favorites from Inquisition are Sera and Blackwall.

Yeah, basically! I really like Dagna but I'm kind of addicted to crafting and I'm not looking forward to get in there and hear her saying the same stuff again and again.

Yeah, I think it's actually really interesting to read a topic like this cause people have such different tastes. I'm still on my first play through of the game (though I did start over several times; first cause I didn't like how my inquisitor was turning out and then 80 hours in when I jumped from PS3 to PS4).

I think the most interesting part is reading people praising or defending characters I disliked and giving valid reasons as to why they disliked someone I absolutely loved now that I'm planning a second play through.

On my first play through/s I tended to go with pretty much the same choices and same people and now that I'm going for a second run I'd like it to be completely different. The only thing I know is that I'd like to play with Blackwall more at this point and who knows, maybe I'll like him better after that ?

As for Dagna, well, people can change their minds I guess (I certainly changed mine when it came to Sera and Cole for example) but I think with her it's more something to do with me. I doubt I would be a fan of a person like her in real life.

But who knows, maybe I'll fall for her and end up starting a Dagna fanclub or something... Remains to be seen.

Sera omg so annoying the prank was fun but really you don't believe in demons after everything that happened. Shes kind of rude to the inquisitor too kicked her out second play through pissed me off too much weird and horribly written.

Er... What? That's just flat wrong. She very much does believe in demons. She's scared of them, and the temple of Mythal makes her think that the Elven religion is demon worship ie. the Elven gods are actually demons.

Nobody annoys me, exactly. (Isabela's lack of pants and Hawke's pant-ness, maybe? That's why I play SWTOR more: there the protagonist can play without pants, too!) But I think it would be better for the game if bland characters like Vivienne were just gone. Saying "darling" in every word and making it all about fashion and appearances quickly gets boring, and she had nothing else going.

Morrigan: I can't stand her "tougher and smarter than thou" pose; and the "but she only needs love" cliche if you romance her just makes it worse.

Leliana: I can't stand the "sweet girl next door that is actually a badass" trope. She gets a bit better in DA:I but I have the same problem with her and Liara: don't buy their supposed toughening up.

Merrill: "sweet girl next door that is extremely naïve and can't deal with daily life issues; but actually a badass" Ugh.

Sera: bad-mannered, close-minded, childish... I think it's the fictional character that managed to gather the most traits I dislike.

Anders, Fenris, Vivienne, Anders.

EDIT: I forgot Velanna! There's a reason I forgot her, I'm sure.

My tastes change a lot  as I play through the games over and over....party members only would be:

Origins - I disliked Leliana a lot in my early Origins playthroughs. I can stomach her better now but not enough to keep her in my party.

Awakening - Velanna. She's just a ******. I get the whole angry elf thing but c'mon....

DA2 - Anders. They ruined my favourite character.

Inquisition: Vivienne. I really wanted to love her in the pre-release stuff...but she's...ugh. I just hate her.

In Origins Sten always annoyed me. Anytime I tried to talk to him he would respond with a few words and be totally unapproachable. I don't see anything endearing about his character. I didn't like Leliana in Origins I usually didn't bother recruiting her but I like her in Inquisition.

Not a fan of Mother Giselle I wish I could punch her when she talks about Dorian, back off my BFF!
