The same old problem persists, even though this was announced to be fixed.

Only the Inquisitor receives the bonus percentage (+10% melee, ranged, magic). Bioware, please fix this problem ASAP. This is extremely annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The perk is now fixed. Yesterday's patch solved the problem.
