Supposedly there is a hiding book merchant in Val R. I have yet to find this person and haven't located the book in Skyhold either. Does anyone know what to do? Gamebreaking :<
Can't find Assassin specialty book (did not recruit cole).

If you didn't recruit Cole the book won't be in Skyhold so you have to get it from the bookseller. He is past the tavern and up the stairs to the left.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTT??? Stupid! It won't even be where he normally stands? Grr. I swear how they did the specializations in this game is dumb. It's already bad enough the templar book is on the top floor on a bench in the smith mill where Cassandra make out fests your inq and NOT RIGHT WHERE SHE IS! Dumb dumb dumb.

Yeah. I know both tables in the book store are actually separate from each other. i think the right one usually sells books while the left one usually sells schematics.
I swear BIOWARE only assumed you would always take Cole and never say no when never taking him IS an option.
