Those of you who posted in this topic previously. What was your final outcome? I've found myself in the same situation, and same as everyone else my problem was shifted through 3 different customer support agents before finally being told I was being escalated and would receive a call back.

I am still waiting for Microsoft to resolve my case. It got upgraded to a higher level Xbox support person and she's still waiting on a decision.

What an awesome support system.
I'm not trying to be rude, but the concept of redeeming codes through a 3rd party, and NOT having it actually effect the XBL market place, and only giving you access to the content through the games menu was a terrible design decision.

Its been over two weeks now -- but Microsoft finally issued me a refund. Hopefully those of you who had the same problem as I did will be able to get a refund too.

In the game.
More specifically you only get Zaeed (found on Omega) on Cerberus Network (CN) as an additional character; Kasumi is another dlc. You also get a few weapons, one later in the game I think. Check
