So, I have my KE to lvl 13 or so and I have noticed a lot of the storm passives ( i know i know) are still not working? Conductive Current does not increase my SB damage as far as I can tell? I'm not even going to talk about the rest of the tree. Chaotic Focus, while it does deplete my barrier bar, does not seem to be increasing my immolate damage. I have "tested" this against different monster and humanoid types so I really can't say resist is a factor in my observation. What do you guys think?
