Someone based on this guy:

Basically a tinfoil hat wearer who claims many of humanity's great achievements, say for example the construction of the Pyramids, were due to the Protheans. He should also have crazy hair.
Also given the game's focus on space & space exploration, how about an Easter Egg that mocks the fools who think the Moon landings were faked?

I want to finally be able to watch a Blasto movie in the game. Not just the audio from one like in 3, but an actual animated one.
Also, maybe a planet that was the location of the dragon age series. Maybe not with a civilization still living there, but have the planet be filled with ruins. Be able to explore for example the city where 2 took place [perhaps a side quest involving a merc group that has set up a base there and it is up to you to stop them from doing bad stuff]

I think BW did an amazing ob with Citadel DLC's ambient conversations related to ME3MP. Just more of this and I'm satisfied.

I actually think ME3 had great potential for easter eggs. You could have hidden them by requiring weird combinations of actions in previous games, so they are really tough to find.
Ah well.
For ME Next, how about in an obscure corner of an uncharted world, we find a charred N7 chest-plate, sticking out of some rubble next to a toppled over red phone booth?

Personally I'd like to go the Alliance Museum of Galactic Exploration and see the Normandy SR2 converted into a museum ship.

Some ALliances soldiers arguing at a table:
Soldier 1: Nonono! This is how the war ended: Commander Shepard activated the Crucible and destroyed all AI in the galaxy!
Soldier 2: All AIs? No way! How come the geth are still around then? No, Shepard's mind was uploaded into the Reaper central command, assuming direct control of them!
Soldier 3: That makes even less sense. Where are the Reapers then? No the Commander found a way to merge organic and synthetic life, allowing us all to live in peace. That's why the peace with the geth has held for so long.
SOldier 1: Are you snorting medigel again? That makes even less sense!
Soldier 3: Well, what's important is Commander Shepard was reunited with Tali, his true love
Soldier 4: That's not right, She was with Garrus
Soldier 2: You're both wrong, Shepard died.
Soldier 3: Yeah, Kaidan was totally broken up about losing Shepard again
Soldier 1: Kaidan died on Virmire, you're thinking of Ashley.

Except, in the case of Mass Effect's version of humanity, he'd actually be right!

No, no, no. You're thinking of 'The Shepard 3: The Reapers Strike Back.'
I'm talking about 'The Shepard 5: Harbinger Returns.'

Have a refund guy in the game. If not have the main character trying to return an item.

Codex Entry: Commander Shepard "The First Human Spectre" is a fictional character and the subject of several interactive films published by Tethras Enterprises. These films were wildly popular due at least in part to the player being able to customize Shepard, from gender to appearance. Shepard could even have romances with several of the colorful cast of characters. The viewer was able to experience the adventures using Shepard as an avatar, making choices for Shepard and customizing the story to suit individual tastes
Over its five year run, numerous adventures where made available for Shepard's fans to experience. Though the central plot involved foiling the "Reapers" a mythological race of sentient AIs the films credited for the extinction of the Protheans.
Shepard's run ended with the so-called "Shepard Incident". The conclusion of the final film was considered so controversial that it caused an unprecedented uproar which even a rereleased ending could not quell.
Currently Tethras Enterprises has no plans to bring back Shepard for other stories. However, they are looking into the licensing Blasto for a new series.

It would be kind of humorous if a pop-up appeared when trying to return something expensive, that was purchased earlier.
"Cannot return item; missing proof of purchase." Press the button to continue.

I would prefer... little easter eggs. They have the tendency to running the jokes/memes into ground. Calibration jokes in ME3 got old after 6th time, same with Blasto meme milking in Citadel DLC. Multiplayer jokes were cool on Sunset strip, but I don't want to hear it again in ME4. It's cool to pick up on few memes easter eggs but they should be more careful with editing

Nonono, it goes like this:
Codex Entry: “The Shepard” is a socio-religious entity, worshiped in several belief systems with various degrees of popularity throughout the galaxy. While the fact that “The Shepard” represents an actual historical figure is widely accepted among the archaeological and historical community, some of the more miraculous deeds, ascribed to the figure (such as resurrection, the curing of entire races from sickness or “The Shepard’s” alleged death to atone for the galaxy’s sin of creating AIs) are disputed by scientists. A number of more radical critics have dismissed claims that “The Shepard” existed entirely, based on the fact that it cannot even be established if it was a man or a woman.
Interestingly, descriptions of “The Shepard’s” achievements are mostly consistent throughout the different religions that focus on this persona. However, the various interpretations differ when it comes to specifics, such as details in certain actions, exact words spoken and most importantly the general demeanor of “The Shepard”. While some ascribe a benevolent and compassionate stance to the figure, others uphold the view of an uncompromising and unscrupulous pragmatist. Frequently, these disputes escalate into violence between the different factions, the most notable occurrences being the Paragonian Crusades in the 31st century (Shepardian calendar) and the Renegade terror campaigns in the 3350s.
However, despite these schisms, most of the various clergies view “The Shepard” and the 19 apostles as messianic saviours and many await the return of a new incarnation of this mysterious entity.

This was very well written, and I could see that being in the NME. I thought that "Tethras Enterprises" was a great addition there. ![]()
