My favorite is when everyone wanted tac cloak nerfed and then everyone lost their **** when it got nerfed

I never wanted it nerfed. Big deal if it gave big boosts to sniping, that's what it was supposed to do.

I miss the 8 shot Pirahna, Sabotage being more useful, every lobby not having a goddamn TGI or AIU, hypnodrone on banshee and phantoms, balance change day, Bioware nerfed or needs to nerf threads, Caineghis videos every couple days, Illusiveman jr. threads. There's more but I can't remember it.

The geth were a joke, Cerberus was okay, Reapers were the **** back then.

Collectors unfortunately only existed in ME2 and in the codex in ME3.

I miss looking forward to playing every night after work.
Come home, shower, grab a drink, fire up ME3 and jump in with buddies for hours. I had fun with nat and Dax last night though, even if I did occupy the bottom if the boards most games. I'll probably start playing more often

I never wanted it nerfed. Big deal if it gave big boosts to sniping, that's what it was supposed to do.

 

... and that's exactly what it still does - you just don't get an 8 second cloak AND a huge damage spike now. I'm perfectly fine with that.

 

 

What do I miss from the good ol' days

 

... GallowsPole perpetually b*tching about "reload cancelling" ? Nope.

... No Nerfducks? Nope

... Krysae/Infil in 80% of all games? Nope.

 

TBH I think the balance changes pretty much worked out in the end... mostly.

 

 

Actually - there are a couple of things I miss...

Things being new and testing stuff out after the balance changes.

Having my entire Origin friends list made up of ME3:MP players all the time.

Lol, the best ones were the preemptive bitching threads complaining about what they thought they were going to nerf.

 

Dat Vindicator though. Never has a weapon been fucked as hard as that thing got it in the balance changes. It always kind of sucked but the Devs just had some personal vendetta agains that thing.
