Ok, so not really a complain, the normandy crash DLC was fun... but after the problem with cerberus network code not working (Glad it got fixed fast), I went to:
Profile> Your Registered Game Promotions> and downloaded "Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)" for PC.
Instead I get a file called "Normandy Crash". I played it, it was fun, and I thought maybe cerberus armor would be the reward, but now it seems that this is just a case of mis-labeled DLC.
Anyone else having this issue? I'm just putting it out there for Bioware to fix.

Yes. This is an issue with naming. Cerberus weapon and armor are not yet available for download, but normandy crash is. this will be fixed in the morning. Sorry for the inconvenience!
