Hi all,

 

Just got back from The Winter Palace and I'm judging the duchess Florianne. When I try to sit on the throne, the screen goes black for a few mins then I gain control back of my character. The duchess and the "entourage" is there, but there's no dialogue or story. My character can run around but not interact with the chair in any way.

 

I had a judgement pending before I left for the Winter Palace.

 

What do I do?

Try restarting the game. Some times the prisoners are very finicky about being judged. You could also try reloading or going to the save before you tried to judge her, leave skyhold and come back. 

But I suggest you do not muck around much more with the save after the black screen, but reload to a save before that.
