Im sorry if this, most likely, is the wrong place to post this, but I really am at my wits end.

 

Every time I try to upload the new update my 360 freezes at the halfway point, and the first time it disconnected from the internet entirely. Now I keep getting-

 

Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and select NEtwork Settings, Test Xbox Live Connection.

 

If the problem persists, go to

www.xbox.com/support

Now, ive tested my connection multiple times, no problems there, and ive been to Xbox live, but I still cant find any answers.

 

Please, can anyone give me some advice?

Have you tried to solve this issue on Xbox website ?

I only have a PC sry. Many others were having loading issues for that patch on all platforms. For me it just stalled a couple times, and took a bit longer than any patch or DLC from Bioware. But it did load. Sry I am no help at all.
