So if i don't have xbox live i get fracked out of everything my pre-ordered collectors edition comes with? the collectors armor/weapon and the gamestop terminus armor/blackstorm gun??
Thats really messed up.....i mean seriously, not all 360 owners have XBL. Some of us don't enjoy gaming with a bunch of ****heads
so t me get this straight.....

XBox Live Silver is free, just have to sign up and then you can redeem here to get your content. You don't need Live Gold to get the content.
But at the same time, sounds like X-Box didn't get their **** together earlier today and some of the content isn't on Live yet to download anyway.
