A tough challenge would be a platinum game where nobody uses a consumable. Any kit and build allowed.

Now this may sound easy for a team of vets but it isn't. Something always happens lol

I routinely make it through pug plat with only using rockets because of objectives so with a good group its easy

The two setups you mention sound hard, yep. I had to play once a Novaguard with Spitfire in a plat game on White (I don't remember the faction), and it was already pretty hard.

It's not the ramp itself, it's the height differential. Banshees can't grab if their feet are not at the same level as yours. If you happen to be standing on the same step, goodbye liver.

 

Also, how about TSent tech armor only vs Collectors on London? Or Sabotage only, geth Condor? I tried Sabotage only on silver on Hydra with Cirvante and it was so painful we ended up using the Shurikens we brought as our "not gun." Incredibly slow and tedious.

Why are you all just thinking of a single game? If you want a challenge, challenge yourself.

 

Play a game as all Asari, then try to be faster as Quarians. Or play as Juggernauts. Or everyone has to use the same weapon. Tons of possibilities.

 

Try to do your best, then try to beat your time. Or compare the times with other people. Might even allow you to put the master race debate to rest.

 

Most ideas I read so far would end up being long, slow, frustrating games... and seriously, that's not why we play games in the first place. That's like cooking the most disgusting food just to prove that you can eat it. Sorry, but that's nonsense.

Banshees can't grab you if they aren't at the same height as you are, what obviously requires a slope. Also, I don't spread "rumors".

No you didn't. You may have seen people being grabbed in ramps or stairs, but only when they were at the same height as the Banshee was.

Yeah, and a crappy recharge speed. So, equip a Spitfire and make sure you that it's as heavy as possible.

How about 4 Vorcha Hunters with Spitfires on Ghost Hazard versus Geth? It would be pretty hard to keep Bloodlust going, right?

I've wanted to do a 'no weapons use' challenge for a long time, where all four people play the same character and don't use weapons.

 

4 Asari is pretty easy

4 N7 Paladin Sentinels -- make sure people have different Shield evolutions so you can get some nice combos off that

4 Krogan Warlords is a classic

4 N7 Furys, er, Furies -- make sure at least one person has Dark Channel for more combo fun

4 Flamers might be amusing. The Vorcha would be better because you can detonate with Cluster Grenades. Geth can't self-detonate.

4 N7 Shadows -- you'll actually need Electric Slash for the bosses.

That one's is a lot easier than you think. Asari are some powerhouses.

Depends. Without a weapon and gear, the Asari Justicar would have a tough time versus certain enemies.

Just do a themed game and then try to beat your own time/points. Seriously, that gets challenging really fast and is a lot more fun than crippling yourself and crawling around in frustration for an hour trying to finish a Platinum game with Scimitars.

I know it is easy, all of the asari don't actually need weapons to be good.... I put this in here because half the people here wouldn't know how to play a power class well without stasis sniping, claymore marching, or using the electric flamethrower reegar.... 

 

Also, again, challenges are supposed to be fun... whats more fun than the beautiful cracks of biotic explosions?
