Hey guys so i didnt play for a while and today i checked out the MP section and seen there were many victory chests, but it seems that i only got the last one, the game only stores the last 1 in the memory? or maybe its something i can contact the support for? kinda shame to lose those, thats like 5 extra chests.

Sorry, Victory chests are a "You snooze, you lose" sort of deal.
Any number of commendation chests can wait for you to pick them up, but you can only have one victory chest ever.

Well. I'm certainly glad I saw this before I started playing. I was going to do all the challenges at once so that I could open a bunch of victory chests in a row.

Does the Victory one have better loot tables? Also does Commendation one have better than regular gold boxes?

Yes and yes Teophne, but by how much we do not know.
And Silencekills, you can do just that as the chest you get from doing those are Commendation chests.
We don't get the victory chest untill monday or tuesday, when the event is ended so you can't accidently get more than one unless you don't log in to claim it two weeks in a row.

Definitive answer:
Victory Chest = Only 1 live ever.
Commendation Chest = Multiples will stack on one another.
