Plus all the Inquisitors appearing in the Playthrough States are either the wrong ones or, when the inquisitor is right, it has the wrong HoF and Hawke before them. I have only 3 World States and all of them were imported right into DAI (plot flags etc. all fine).
So, what gives?
The names for Hawke and HoF are not imported, so when reimported into the Keep they always are set to the default for their race/class/gender.
My canon Inquisitor that I created on Xbox One during the EA Access early play period is nowhere to be found in the Keep. I painstakingly prepared a custom world state in the Keep well in advance & uploaded it to DAI before starting the game. When I created my Inquisitor & started playing DAI, all my previous choices in DAO & DA2 registered & everything seemed to go perfectly.
It's so disheartening because this was my completionist playthrough. I played this Inquisitor for hundreds of hours & earned all achievements except insanity mode, did every side quest, collected all the shards, did all the astrarium puzzles, as well as the JOH dlc. There's absolutely nothing about it on the Keep. Pretty please, BioWare, can you fix?
I´m having issues with the keep too.
My first inquisitor was a Human Mage and the keep recognized him perfectly in the "Heroes" section. I finished the game with him (over 100 hours) and all his choices appeared perfectly.
My second one however, a Qunari Rogue didn´t appear at the "Heroes" section of the keep. Although she didn´t appear, all her corresponding choices, like her specialization class, her choice between mages and templars and her romance (Blackwall), are unlocking in her corresponding world state.
Thus far, this world state is holding the "Evelyn Trevelyan" default inquisitor and my Qunari Rogue hasn´t appeared so far despite being over 70 hours of play and all her corresponding choices, like specialization and romance, unlocking.
If anyone can help me solve this or explain what i´m doing wrong, i´ll deeply appreciate it. (Playing it on PS3).
In addition to not showing my characters, it also shows nearly everything as being "locked". I've changed the setting so that I show everything, but I'm concerned that the choices were not only not imported, but it doesn't show up that I unlocked them at all.
Checked today and IQ from my first playthrough is still not showing, there's some default character called Evelyn in his place.
I did report this as a bug in the Keep site, but no confirmation or fix has been received.
I have problem with my IQs not appearing in the Heroes section, playing on PC. My first IQ (human mage) appeared in the Heroes section, but my three elf mages (complete play through) did not. There were some default characters showing in the keep instead.
Always play connected to the server, so sync shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, this is exactly what happened to me, first completionist playthrough came up fine, then my second playthrough choice tiles appeared but not the character herself in the heroes section.
The most recent keep update hasn't changed anything with regard to this problem.

Yeah, it has happened to me as well but I could swear the last time I checked which would have been only a few days ago it looked fine. This is my first and only playthrough, only like having one so hopefully it doesnt mean starting the whole game again if/when they can fix it.

I finished the game with my rogue and created and Elven Inquisitor.
So far, the Keep is not recognizing her.
Also, anybody knows if Bioware is going to implement the facial upload of the Inquisitors the same way they did with Hawke and The Warden?
Ok, strangely enough, after I downloaded the Black Emporium and spent twenty minutes or so there with my first Inquisitor, he appeared in the damned keep. I tried the same thing with the second and the third, but they didn't appear, so I guess is really mostly about luck.
That said, i'm quite happy they finally added the possibility of deleting Inquisitors that appeared in the Keep, since at least five fu**in lavellan experiments I made and deleted soon after were all there and it was really annoying.
EDIT: WAITADAMNEDFLAMINMINUTE! Maybe it really isn't about luck... I just remembered that when I visited the BE, I looked in the mirror and then I just confirmed the looks my first Inquisitor already had.
Maybe THAT had something to do with him appearing in the Keep!
Just to give an update, I'm not sure when they appeared because I hadn't checked The Keep for a while but now every Inquisitor I've made has appeared. A character that I was looking for in The Keep wasn't appearing, but I did use the Mirror of Transformation on this character. So that may or may not have affected this. But either way, hopefully everyone's Inquisitors will also be appearing soon~

I decided to try this, took my lavellen to BE, used the mirror and confirmed changes without actually changing anything, then save.
A few hours later I checked the keep and there she was!
