Human(male) > Dwarf (female) > Elf (male > female) > Qunari (female)
I have a love for female dwarves. They look so .....mature (maybe) in any CC, no matter what complexion, skin etc...

Dwarfs all the way! I like being small characters, in every game there is small race to pick I always chose it =3
1.Dwarves
2.Elves
3.Humans
4.Qunari
Dwarves could have used a Scottish accent though...
I like all pretty much equally. Dwarves not so much in DAO, but they are adorable in DAI.
My preferred race is still the City Elves from DAO. I liked the Dalish character in DAI, but I still prefer the City Elves to the Dalish.
I adore the dwarfs, in DAO I liked both the noble and the catless origins. And I really like the dwarf in DAi too.
Qunari are another race I really liked in DAI.
it was incredibly fun playng with such a tall girl!
Human...I don't even bother to look at them in the CC. The only human I played was Hawke, and only because I couldn't do different. ![]()
Qunari for me, but more the Vashoth or Tal-Vashoth. I don't particularly adore the Qun as i think it is a tool for indenture, but maybe that is why I love the ones that aren't under it. It's nice to explore how a being so oppressed in some ways can explore freedom of spirit. That and, I absolutely love their physical aspects in DAI (DA2 didn't really have females), with the adorable horns and half-giant appearance.
And the body paint is awesome.
A runner up would definitely be the elves, and this will probably sound a little opinionated but I just don't enjoy how they are depicted in the game quite as much as the other races. This is speaking from DAI; I feel like their bodies look really awkward somehow. Maybe it's intended and just not for me, but I liked them better when not quite so thin. But again they have awesome body paint and I like the whole lore aspect a lot.
Me too really I like all the races as well. But if I had to choose though I would probably choose the Humans and elves more than Qunari or Dwarf though
I'm more intrested in playing qunari in DAI, but Bioware doesn't make it easy ^^; Qunari's can't use helms, they have 4 hairstyles, for some reason there is no grey-skins in CC in PS3, there is lack of content for qunaris and they can't wear many armors. Sigh, it'd be best if there was equal amount of content for all races.
Dalish Elves > City Elves > Elves in general >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>dwarves > humans.
As for the Qunari -> "Greatly Disapproves" of their expansionist and assimilation ideology as well as their beehive society mindset, so they don't make the list at all. ![]()
city elves>dalish elves>surface dwarfs>vashot>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>humans>orzamar dwarves>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>qunari
While my dislike for humans stems from my misanthropy, I have a very searing hatred for the qun and their followers

I used to like Elves, but they lost that charm I liked about them in DAO. My Elf Inquisitor feels like a human posing as an elf. Dwarves I love, and I still have slight distrust of the Qunari and want to learn more. Humans are still my preferred choice. I love showing respect to the other races, proving not all humans are bad.
Honestly I don't objectively have a preference of one race over another when it comes to in game story lines or whatnot. I don't hate Elves or love Dwarves or feel icky about Qunari or whatever. Play wise I generally prefer to play as a human female since I am one. Even if they don't look like me, one of them gets played wholly as myself, no objective thinking or adherence to the story line in regard to the character's back story.
Human...never played anything else ![]()
Dwarves, because well what's not to love about short stocky badasses?
Qunari because 7 foot tall horned humans are pretty cool.
Elves, because I like them being the race having it the worst overall.
Humans are meh, and everywhere.

Avvar > Orlesians > Other humans > Cow People > Token generic fantasy races
:PI always play as human only, except for the Solas romance and the origin achievements in DAO. For me, it is human>>>elf>>>qunari>dwarf.

Elves.
Then dwarves, vashoth, and humans last.
Human,Qunari,Dwarves and dead last, elves.
Dalish elves > Humans > City elves > Dwarves = Qunari
Dwarves > City Elves > Dalish > Human = Qunari. I don't dislike any of the races though.
Dwarves >> Qunari >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Elves >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Humans
I don't really have a favorite race... I play as a human for all my canon runs though so I guess them. Elves second, then.... I dunno, I don't think any of them are really interesting enough for me to say I favor one of them over the others. I do like the Fereldens though. And the Avvar. So yea, human. But not by a large margin.
One thing I can say is **** the Qunari. Not counting Sten and Arishok though. Or Arishok Sten. Lol.
Does Mabari count? If they do, I choose them.
And GRIFFONS! CROOKYTAIL!!!!!!
Humans>Humans>Humans>HumansAs much as the other races can be perceived as well developed with their personal lore, they are and the will always be creatures under a Human skin. (especially in DAI who was meant for A Human Inquisitor)1)Dwarf= Short and massif humans2)Elves=thin gracile human3)Qunari= Tall and muscular Human with HornsIn every Dragon age i fell more relate with a human ProtagonistDAO Human noble from Ferelden vs Loghain and HoweDAII Hawke is always a humanDAI The Inquisitor was meant to be a Human
in the official story : the warden was an elf female worrior ... the champions of kirkwal was a human male mage ... the inquisitor still not officialy said but as show in the trailer is a human male 2H worrior
