(...)Elves, because I like them being the race having it the worst overall.(...)
Frankly, despite them (elves, I mean) being the butt monkey of history, I would argue that dwarves, as a race, are worse off. They do have two city states of their own and are relatively well received on the surface, but overall seem closer to extinction... And that's not a good thing
Still, I do like elves the most, thought it might be the effect of them being somewhat refreshing. The idea of "elves ruled the land but their civilisation has waned since then" is common, but most settings tend to fail to draw any conclusions. In DA elves are actually people who have lost a lot and they're real people trying to live in the world as it is rather than some mysterious-forest-dwelling-half-legends-that-live-hundreds-of-years. One thing that makes me sad is the now-canon idiotic idea that they actually were immortal. It's just a detail, but the race and the setting would be simply a noticeable bit better (for me) if the supposed immortality proved to be just a legend based on some powerful life-extending magic some small fraction of them actually benefited from.
But I guess I'm just no fan of that whole "being an elf is magic" idea.

Elves > Dwarves > Human > Qunari
At the moment, I don't know enough about Vashoth/Tal Vashoth cultures to be into qunari. I don't like the Qun, though I'd be interested to see more of it and how people's everyday lives are. Bull says it would be no different, yet according to one of Solas' Fade 'dreams', a Qunari baker had a little act of rebellion by baking a tiny bit of sugar into the centre of her bread. Which I'm pretty sure isn't illegal elsewhere. More a matter of cost, I'd think. I want to know what kind of unique culture Vashoth have developed too, what their customs and beliefs are.
It varies since Tal-Vashoth aren't necessarily unified. Most end up mercenaries since they usually are former soldiers from the Antaam and thus have little to no training in other skills.
I think Bull was talking about the duty the baker, etc., has to doing their job under the Qun. Of course, outside of it, bakers aren't essentially relegated to that role. I found the Fade memory interesting also.
As for the OP,
Qunari - Elves - Dwarves - Humans. Qunari because they're the least understood. Elves because they're complicated and a far cry from the fantasy trope. Dwarves because Paragons. Humans because high fantasy focuses on them too much and are basically Medieval Europe.

Darkspawn master race.
I'm a fan of elves, but the ancient elves are way more interesting than both the Dalish and City elves. Abelas and his crew, the ancient temples, and all the mysteries surrounding them are great.
Humans are interesting. I like DA's take on 'em.
Dwarves are a hit-or-miss for me. The Carta and the slums are a bit 'meh' in my opinion, not bad but not all that interesting. However, the political-struggle, their ever-lasting war with the Darkspawn, and the whole Golem ordeal are awesome. Also a big fan of the Legion of the Dead.
The Qunari are also pretty unique and noteworthy. I'd like more direct insight into their culture and what-not.
There's no race I dislike, but if I had to choose a favorite it'd come down to humans and elves.

At this point, "not" playing an elf is hard.
Their lore is just so rich...and the story accommodates them too easily. Playing an elven mage just makes me so happy.

Next up would be elves for me. They've got some interesting lore behind them.
Qunari have the whole Qun thing hanging over them which is pretty cool. Tal-Vashoth are kinda meh though.
Humans are humans. Not very interesting.

Human is my "favorite" race based on the fact that it's what I always play, but I find the qunari more interesting.
Qunari > Elves > Dwarves
I've never been interested in any fictional depiction of dwarves, and I find a lot of the elves in the DA series are easy to dislike.

When I first learned of them on the Wiki, I thought I encountered some wiki-vandalism...

Role play? Elves>Humans>Tal-Vashoth>Dwarves. Big problem with having no dwarven LI to run around with. (It annoys me in Skyrim that when I play a high elf female there's no guy taller than I am to marry - shallow, I know, but there it is. Same thing for Bosmers - they get no love.)

On topic...hmm...sacrilege, and shallow, I know, but I'm tall! I like playing taller characters.

Vashoth > Dwarves>Elves > Humans
Vashoth- (talking about those born outside the qun) I like playing a race that isn't run and or lives by a religion, it lets me mold her beliefs to my own. Also I like being taller than everyone. The face paint is pretty cool, although some are a bit much. I like how the female vashoth is built and that they still walk in a feminine way. (unlike female orcs in skyrim).
Dwarves (well surface dwarves and those that dont follow the caste system)- Love being really small sometimes and they aren't as drowned in religion as elves are. (not saying its a bad thing, its just not for me). Plus I like all the dwarf companions so far. Being a dwarf in both DAO and DAI was alot of fun. I hope they are in the next game (if there is one).
Elves- there pretty but just not my thing. On the rare occasion that I do play as an elf, I prefer to be a city elf.
Humans- There cool, just dont care to play as one. (but playing as hawk was awesome, so theres that)

Overall I like dwarves best, but in Inquisition I'd say elf is the most interesting choice.
Of course I say that and my favorite Inquisitor so far as been my human rogue dude.
