Yeah, sometimes the obvious choices are missing.
Like that quest to get the breastplate back for that ex knight? When you are confronted by the other guy you get the option to attack him, blackmail him for money, just hand over the evidence, etc... but NOT to demand the breastplate in exchange, which was what I would have gone for.
2 wrongs don't make a right and to destroy a persons career and dreams because of his past life doesn't sit well with me.
A lot of the choices seem like that this time around, a sort of "no matter what your choices are dark and grey" kind of thing that did feel forced in a number of the quests.
But then again...you have Gordy re-enacting the Christmas Story for laughs. So I guess it's not all bad.
I don't know, some of the writing is real good, but i'm starting to get that same problem I had with Wasteland 2, where the writing became a bit too fluffy for it's own good.
That said, Eder is easily the best written character in this game so far. I have never seen a Crisis of Faith done so delicately before, despite your own Watcher abilities kind of getting in the way at times.
Speaking of bugs...Raderic's Hold has a big bug where it can't be finished properly. Once, it didn't trigger it's completion, second time I couldn't leave the Hold without the game crashing.
Was the biggest bug i've encountered regarding a quest so far. A few other quests have had weird triggers as well, thankfully it's all side quests.
