Ouch! I feel bad for those that play on PS4 then.

Yeah, even though I am on the positive end this time for the timed exclusive, I am still bothered by it. It's just not fair, we are a gaming community and its not right alienating one part of the community for an undisclosed amount of time, period. But money makes the world go round. 

 

Hopefully last ten users get it too. Man, they deserve better

I hope last gen doesn't get the shaft. That would be very horrible and unfair, they paid for the game just like the next gen people did.

When I first saw the news on this, I actually read the title as "Jaws of Harkon". Harkon as in the one from Dawnguard. 

 

Me thinks this DLC is one that expands on the lore as opposed to wrapping up the thing with Solas. That DLC would probably be called Wolf Hunt or something.

Most dlc for ME was around 6pm gmt, dunno if the DA team will follow that or not. I really thought we were gonna be speculating for at least a month, squeeeeeeeeeeee!

Revealing the DLC in such a nonchalant way makes me question the experience Im going to have in the game.

 

Just to be safe, I think we all should scale back our expectations.

 

Judging from what we know so far, the only thing I'm actually expecting is a dragon fight, and some Avvars. So otherwise it's all a surprise.

Most dlc is just ripped from the game 

from day 1 so yes it pretty much is free but they choose to rip it out of the main game and sell it as dlc 

that's how all company do gaming buisness today witch is so freaking sad.

Really dumbfounded by that decision. More PS4 consoles out there. I know EA/Bioware got tons of cash from Microsoft. But is it worth making loyal customers upset? In their eyes it must be worth it.

The timed release thing blows, imo. But whatever. Pillars of Eternity drops Thursday, I will enjoy the hell out of it, and make no effort to avoid spoilers on the DA DLC. After that, if I still want to buy the DLC in a few weeks when they release it for my platform, the team will have done a better job of it than I expect and more power to them.
