Patch 6 just became available today (PS4, XBox One, and XBox 360... sounds like PS3 and Origin are lagging behind).

 

It added new achievements to the list which reveal SP DLC details.

Looks like the last two could be Solas related but I'm thinking not. I'm hoping if it isn't related to Solas at all, it's set in game so we get Solas comments. Maybe new LI banters like Legacy had?

So it looks like there's an elf in the image used for the Historian achievement. Unless we're looking at Tyrdda's leaf-eared lover, it may very well have something to do with Solas.
 
Edit: I'm an idiot. That could be the Inquisitor. That looks like the Inquisition symbol on the chest to me.
