Do we know if this is DLC, or a full-blown expansion?

 

I'm not sure what the difference is in the age of digital downloads, other than the length and cost of the content.

 

e.g., I'd consider Awakening to be an expansion, but Witch Hunt was DLC.

They've said that expansions aren't really cost-effective, so they won't be doing any more.

Sounds like a standalone adventure to me, not a full expansion.

Dude. They just did announced a partnership in E3 2014. This is nothing new. You just missed it.

I presume it's supposed to get a payment from Microsoft.

It's not like console exclusives are anything new. Dunno about timed windows; I don't pay too much attention since I play on PC.

Ultimate boringness and more useless boring stuff. Game can't get better it will always be jumping, pressing V and holding left mouse button from Hinterlands to last battle. Also Avvars make anything that could potentially be interesting become the worst piece of **** ever, why aren't they playing goat throwing or something like that?

I play on PC, so I'm glad I don't have to wait too much for DLC, but it doesn't make much sense to me that DLC comes first to X1 and PC, while Xbox 360 users have to wait as much as PS3 and PS4 users. I mean the deal would be a EA-Microsoft, right? And X360 belongs to Microsoft, right?
