Does anyone know how it is level scaled? And/or how difficulty works? I'm post game at level 17 and could totally dig a challenge.
Started yesterday at level 16 on Nightmare...attempted to close a rift...got azz handed to me. Turned difficulty to Hard...still challenging. Everything I've encountered thus far is level 20/21. If you're uber good Nightmare will challenge you at that level. If you're decent (like me) Hard is enough.

At least level 15 I'd say - it does recommend level 20 as the minimum. Good thing though I ended up level 19 after a few hours of play but think I was almost at level 17 when I started. I guess one of the byproducts of fighting higher level monsters/baddies. Even the "tame" wildlife is level 20. Just prepare yourself...you will die some:)

The Jaws of Hakkon not showing up on the war table at all or in my journal. I am already at Skyhold and visited the war table 5 times. I already have it installed.

That's interesting I started the dlc at level 24 and the demons I fought at the first rift were level 24 I just played the rest without checking their level again. I've just gone and checked another rift I'm now level 25 and so are the demons I am facing. It looks like there is a minimum level and then it tracks your level. I wonder if there is a maximum level?

Playing post game myself, killed some stuff and hit lvl 25 with my party and still a chalenge with alot of mobs.
I'm glad someone found all my stuff in Skyhold too, lol. When I beat the main campaign someone looted my entire keep. Was hoping that would be fixed.
Funny, most of the folk who seem to be enjoying it are the ones actually playing it.

Good question...maybe it scales past level 20. What about the weapon drops? Are those scaling? Most of what I've found is level 20-21.

Weapon level or character level? The item level is 24/25 at the moment but the character level is 20/21. There are some really good uniques in the dlc.

Yeah, I've noticed that if I gain a level in the DLC, the opponents scale up to match... I think I'm... 27th level now? And the opponents match that.
I have this DLC. Can you trigger it post game? I can't figure out how because there is a dude standing in the way of the wartable and, I assume, my advisers are too drunk to care.

This is good as it makes the combat more engaging for players who are well past level 20.

I'm on PS4, so I'm waiting to play. From what I'm hearing, it sounds like it may fit my current playthrough best post-game, though that means I won't be able to take Solas. 
I wonder if I'll be missing out without him.

How do I get to the war table? There is just a party everyone is at. There is a guy standing in the doorway and I can't access the world map or anything. I did find the mission but I had to load a save before the end of the game.
Just announced that Hakkon DLC won't be available for PS4, PS3, and XBOX 360 until May.
