I'm on PS4, last I heard that any DLC would be out for that system one month after the exclusives. I really hope they change it, a month is a really long time, but I know it's not unprecedented. I'm guessing due to their track record it's a stand alone quest that can be done any time during the game pre-final mission.

I waited for the reason to start SP one more time and DLC is the perfect reason for it. I hope it will also add some content to multiplayer.
Right. I guess you can say that today they announced the DLC announcement, which in turn will announce the DLC.
So white text doesn't show up when you quote somebody on the BSN, I'll take that under advisement. 
Well, not being a huge fan of DAI, I don't have high expectations. But maybe that's a good thing. It can surprise me. Or it'll just be another grindy map, picking up shards. I wait with muted enthusiasm.
Also...there seems to be a bit of confusion as to whether the DLC is being released tomorrow or the trailer is being released tomorrow. Might want to clarify that, Bioware....
I don't know about this on one hand, sweet more stuff to do in Dragon Age, on the other, let us assume that it comes out in about a month, then that means it'll be two months until it comes out for the PS4 and Xbox360 and PS3.

It's interesting to see that the last-gen console versions officialy became a joke by now (not even Microsoft exclusivity can save the Xbox360 version it seems), I really feel bad for everyone who bought them.
I think a post story DLC is all but guaranteed actually.I rather have 2 solid "horizontal" story dlcs and one major post story dlc that leads into the next game. Similar with Mass Effect 2. Lair of the Shadow Broker and Overlord were good horizontal DLCs but Arrival was a "post" story dlc that led into ME 3.
However I doubt we will be given any post story DLC with DAI.

If it is a month, that just seems like bad business to me. It's not going to make anyone buy an Xbox One of better PC (or maybe like 2 people). And on the downside, people who will wait on the other 3 platforms could probably stand a week of waiting, but a month? There is no way they'll avoid spoilers (or this forum) for a month. They'll probably give in and watch it on youtube. So, depending on the quality of DLC in general and what it gives us more of specifically (romance content, gear etc) people will make the decision to either buy it, or say "Meh, I've seen in on youtube, I'll pass."
