On the topic of humour, it comes down to context and audience. I can have a pretty bad sense of humour, dark and/or racist. But the people I hang out with don't have a problem with it and can sling it right back.
I'm Australian, ability to handle the bantz is something that we're either born with, or learn to do when growing up.
But there are people who do not share my "no boundaries" humour, so I don't use the same words or jokes around them. You just tailor the way you act depending on who you interact with. Kind of thought this was common sense and that everyone did it lol. I am a little shocked that perhaps I am in the minority judging by this thread.
As long as they're not one of the perpetually offended who are looking for reasons to get angry over something someone else said, then I don't mind it. I recognise my humour isn't for most people. Good thing I don't go on Tumblr outside gif hunting.
