The console version of DA:O was dumbed down compared to he PC version though. I own both version. You see it very clearly during the Sacred Ashes quest. When you do that bridge puzzle. The console version was simplified a great deal. No idea why.

I wasn't aware of that.  I played DAO on Xbox 360 and didn't have any glaring issues with the game.  I'm guessing the bridge puzzle was simplified on Console due to hardware / memory limitations.  I guess the point I was making is that while certain aspects of DAI can be blamed on Consoles (hardware limitations), not properly supporting Keyboard and Mouse Controls on PC is not one of them.  I don't recall hearing many PC players complaining about Keyboard and Mouse support for DAO, at least when compared to DAI.

...then you should have stopped playing after DAO.

YES. A BILLION TIMES YES! I SHOULD. I acknowledge my stupidity. I am a dumb after all. DA2 as all I needed to never touch Bioware again. I'm not saying I'm smart, I'm just sad they keep **Mod edit**... I demand medical care, I bought Inquisition, I am retarded beyond redemption. But again, you are 100%, I should have stopped playing after DAO. I wish I could travel in time and tell "past me" this. My life would be amazing without DA2 and DAI.

DA:O was made for PC, and then ported to consoles. That is the difference. DA:I was made with consoles in mind. Most likely the Xbox One, given the partnership between EA and Microsoft.

I'm not saying I'm smart, I'm just sad they keep bullying people as retarded as I am, you shouldn't be mean to a person retarded enough to buy Inquisition. People who still buy their games thinking they are able to make RPGs should be instituitionalized, I demand medical care, I bought Inquisition, I am retarded beyond redemption. But again, you are 100%, I should have stopped playing after DAO. I wish I could travel in time and tell "past me" this. My life would be amazing without DA2 and DAI.

Your self-awareness does give you a credit. :D

Interestingly, the summary for the DLC mentions something that immediately gave me a Dragonborn vibe.

Finally I can answer without trolling. Well, kind of, I'm still skeptic, but if they fight the last Inquistor someway, somehow, I swear I'm gonna laugh about how ridiculously low they fell.

Ooooh it is Dragonborn-ish.  I loved being the Dragonborn.  I also wanted to do Brynjolf, anyone else?

Scottish accent, ginger, thief...loved him.

Given the **** spells we have in DA:I we'd be 100% fucked if we were Fus Ro Dah'd.  Now, if I had my Grey Warden spells back ...it may be different.

I can't even kill a bear by myself with these crap spells.  Dammit.

And the problem with being like Skyrim is...that you make lots of money as a company and your fanbase who like to hunt dragons happy?

Oh how turrible, turrible!

No it is because your fanbase who dislike dumbing down gets frustrated like TES fans got with Skyrim. If they wanted to immitate anything it should be Morrowind or Daggerfall (the best ever). Complexity was at least good while in Inquisition and Skyrim it is non-existent.

I am a hardcore TES fan and I never got frustrated with it.  Oblivion, yes, Skyrim no.  ((eats popcorn))

You realize that Bioware writes the murder mystery equivalent of a "cozy" and Bethesda writes "hard boil", yes?  It's different styles.  I don't play Bethesda games to make a crotchload of friends, have sexy times, or create a fellowship.  I play for the world, the fighting, the Dark Brotherhood and the dragons.

Unless /v/ means pressing V the whole game I have no idea what you are talking about. But surely Bioware likes V to make a game based on pressing V twenty trillion times.

Maybe you should just play Origins again?

Exactly. And fighting is meaningless when it does not depend 100% on stats, skills and feats. TES was never good at this, but was a lot better, Skyrim was the peak of dumbification. You are a hardcore fan of the setting not the games. Which means for me you are a casual player. Hardcore fan is a person who likes one thing and hates the rest of the world, even himself, his mother, his children, the devil and god.

Yeh, nawwww, I'd rather **** my boyfriend senseless than play a video game.  I guess I'm just not that hardcore about a game if to be so requires that you eschew real people.

However, you are confirming to me what I suspected and why people shouldn't pick on you.  Obviously this is your life.

Definetly. There is nothing in real life that interests me. Already did the stuff, including sex with five people at the same time, everything is boring. Drugs are boring, sports are boring, arts is boring, travelling is incredibly boring, can't understand why go to a place if I can see it on google without flies, mosquitoes, rain and other boring stuff. Don

I wish wish it was Summer Isles but I heard it was Blackmarsh.  Then again, if they expanded Skyrim I'd also be happy.  I waited YEARS for a new Elder Scrolls and from the moment I saw them reveal it to the moment I saw the open credits and heard the sound of the wagon I was gone.

I lived in Skyrim for a year.

If Bioware wants to do a "Skyrim" with Vikings and death and dragons and more slashing and blood and dragons ....and they get Gaider back I'd **** my pants.

I want Akavir..... my Tsaesci character has been a long time coming.

EDIT: i know nothing about this DLC, so i'm not gonna comment.

But if it were like Skyrim the combat would be fun, the enchanting would be varied and cool, as would the magic. There would also be non combat skills, NPCs that you can actually talk to, and long, awesome faction questlines. :?

Someone refresh my memory. I don't remember fighting a previous Dragonborn in Skyrim.
