The title says it all, ever since the start i have been having the same issue. I have finished the game several times, can run it on Ultra settings no problem, have never had any issues with crashes etc. My download is 100mega and my upload is around 20mega.

Yet still i am completely unable to play any multiplayer game, yes, thats right, I have not been able to succesfuly play a single multiplayer match.

I can conect to the lobby just fine, i have character created and ready to go, but when i start loading the game it either crashes, never loads, loads into a black screen with voiceovers from within the already ongoing map or it loads but leaves me completely lagged and unable to play. Mostly the last option.

Many times have i connected and my character was unable to move, or has been jittering forwards and backwards when i was trying to move. My allies were already fighting and dying and i did not see a single enemy or was able to fight them.

Any idea what this could be? I just guessed i am unlucky but damn, with patch 6 out now i have lost all hope. I am not a person who is into the multiplayer, thats why i was able to hold on this long, i did not care to have it in DA:I, but since its there I at least want to try it.

I am honestly at a loss, i have never had any trouble with games and especially not multiplayer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

bioware doesn't think there is a problem with DAMP, so you are out of luck.

Do you have the frame rate fix enabled? If you do, disable it and try. A lot of people have connection problems but not being able to play at all is pretty extreme.

The bandwidth seems fine, but the jittering is I understand a typical connection/latency symptom.

Could router settings or firewall be an issue?

(sorry I'm not a deep tech person)

Neither am I...

Does anyone have the Summon Mortiel ability equipped? :D

I have tried everything that i knew how, i have of course added a exception to the firewall for DA:I. I have reinstalled my pc, defragmented all the disks, deleteded everything and installed windows new and fresh, reseted my router and redownloaded the game, still nothing :(

I have it enabled Banxey, gonna give it a try, thanks.

Have you contacted EA tech support? I've heard they are quite helpful, and could provide a quick fix. Unless Mortiel gets in here first.

Turn down all settings to low, update your drivers with a clean install (using guru3d's driver cleaner), and contact EA tech support. Also disable any mods you have, especially the command line.

Try hosting your own games.

Bioware were saying to play Battefield Hardline on their DAMP stream last week... I felt like i was watch an infomercial.

Is it the same if you're hosting yourself? Also you could try making a Private game just for solo to try it out, though I don't think it changed things.

To me the whole thing sounds like you're hidden behind a partial firewall or such, making it so that you can connect but others can't necessarily connect you.

In normal computing this might have no symptoms but online gaming and p2p (torrent and such) might cause problems. Personally when/if I torrent something I'm often unreachable while I can reach others, making it so I can leech just fine but seeding becomes a problem. I can fix that by opening certain ports on my router.
