Best way to do this is to go in as a Keeper and be very selective with your barriers. People become increasingly reliant on barriers.... Keep the crucial team members up for controlling the crowd and watch the rest die... (Best with Rogues). 

 

They also think you're BFF because you keep reviving them... But in actual fact you are the reason they're dying.

 

If you have aggro from the Templar boss remember to run towards the team mate your wanting to res when he's doing the spinning. 

 

Some people don't have time for people to die of their own accord.... You gotta give them a helping hand in order to get your title.

Semi-on-topic aside:  I was running duo on threatening with my wonderful spouse and went down.  There was no bleed out bar.  He cleared the entire wave 5 on his own (which took a bit of time) and was still able to pick me up so I could finish on my feet.  Never saw that happen before.

Happens to me all the time. I assumed it was related to lag, since it mostly happened in very laggy matches.

boogie's connection is the epitome of lag so if it is going to happen to someone, it will be him.

The group of individuals I play with are infamous for the "tea-bagging" .   We had a player quit the game due to excessive Tea bags.  LOL
