Due to an error in the account registration on either the EA online site or the Bioware Socialnetwork site, the product codes for my purchases of Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2 (both preorder, digital deluxe editions) are split between 2 accounts on the EA site (specifically, the cerberus network code is on one, and the rest on another). I purchased the games through Steam. This is similar to the problems people have been having, but not quite the same. All the product codes worked, the cerberus networkcode was submitted in game, but they are simply on two seperate accounts. How do I rectify the situation?

Go here.. sign in on main account- http://support.ea.com/
Select 'Email us'
Explain what you did. I used this..
Hi, I mistakenly created a new account for my Mass Effect 2-Cerberus Network code redeeming.
The main game registration is on this account, along with my DLC's.
May I link the two accounts together?
Main acct: sign on / email
Mistake acct: sign on / email
DoB:
Zip:
CC payment info they want (if applicable)
Wait 24 hrs.
Then check your DLC info on..
http://social.bioware.com/
go to Profile > Your Registered game promotions.
You should see all your DLCs listed / consolidated.
Check the other account, just incase.
Open the game, go to options, turn off the Online Auto login
This will prompt you for the email to login again.
Use the account with all the DLCs on it.
Tada!
