u have to register the game. it will ask u for the promo code whenever u enter the codes on bioware. then it will give u options to install them

How do you verify that they are actually installed? I do not seem to be wearing the dragon armor.

I've been trying to figure this out too. Clicking "New Content Available" launches Firefox and leads to the Bioware site. Downloading and installing DLC from there works but isn't the whole point of the Cerberus Network getting DLC in-game?

Log into the Cerberus network. shut down Mass Effect 2. Download and install the DLC. Then start the game again and make sure the Cerberus network is on before you continue your game. Then when on the Normandy, check your private messages and you will see that the Illusive man sent you some messages. Then the stuff will be in your inventory and you will have some new quests.

Sorry for reviving a old thread, but better then starting a new one I suppose...

I do not get any options to Dload anything.. Ive put in Cerberus code, and Ive put in collectors edition code.. yet there is no place I can actually dload the content in question... need help... quite annoyed at the whole system atm.

You need to download them from this website. Log in then go to 'Profile' -> 'Your registered game promotions'.

I don't suppose they have fixed the whole "Can't use DLC Offline" thing either huh?

Man Dragon age had such a nice system. What was so wrong with that?

I could download my stuff in game and then easily play offline. The social site was just used to enter codes. Using the Social site to download stuff is just an extra step.

'How to Download DLC' ?????

I know this is months old but this is a recurring issue for me.

I do not live everyday on the Mass Effect/Bioware websites so I look for intuitive clues and links to navigate just like on any other website on the net.
"Profile+Your registered game promotions" is the most counter-intuitive link I can imagine to find your already purchased DLC.
I would think that  Image IPBANYTHINGImage IPB  that used the terms  "Downloads, DLC, etc." would be amazingly helpful.

Thanks to the forums for pointing the way to something that should have already been one of the easiest things to find.
